     We are a based in Cumberland County, North Carolina. We also support the surrounding counties. CCERR and the local SPCA’s / Animal Controls do our best to work hand and hand to protect the equine family. We have been saving horses for over 12 years and went 501C3 in March 2007. Our main goals are to give neglected and abused horses a second chance and try to find them a compatible owner after they are nursed back to health.

It breaks our heart to find these fine animals near death.

There are six members of our operation and a handful of volunteers to help with the Rescues needs.

Pictures of a few of Our Horses/ Under Reconstruction 

     I'd like to start off by saying to please bare with us as we are just starting this website out in hopes that it'll hit home with some of you & you'll be able to help, maybe by buying some of the timber I spoke of earlier, donating feed/hay or even money which you know you can use come tax time! The following pictures we'll be showing now & in the future of are horses we have rescued & taken care of ourselves. I only wish I could of taken photos of some of these horses when I first rescued them. I did take one picture which I'll share with you, in the excitement of finding him a good home, it slipped my mind to take an "after" picture of this horse. For this, I am sorry that you did not get to see just how good he did look!

     The following pages will have pictures of horses, & information on different things we do. I hope you enjoy reading & learning & take it to your heart to please help us in HELPING THEM!
